Salsa

Ingredients:

5 tomatoes, seeded and chopped 10 green onions 2 fresh green chillies, seeded 1 clove garlic, minced handful chopped fresh coriander 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation method Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins In a mixie, pulse the tomatoes, green onions, chillies, garlic and coriander. If you like your salsa almost liquid, pulse for longer or for a coarse texture, pulse little. and mix in the lime juice, black pepper and salt. Serve immediately with chips. Refrigerate salsa until serving.
