Baked Fried Chicken


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dry Oat flakes Or Bread crumps

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp ginger Garlic paste

  • 2 cup buttermilk

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1 (3 pound) chicken, skin removed, cut into pieces

  • 1-2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease or line with foil a baking sheet in baking pan.

  2. In a bowl, combine buttermilk , red chiili powder, butter, ginger garlic paste, lime juice and salt. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Marinate chicken pieces into buttermilk batter for 1-2 hours.

  4. In another plate , add oatmeal flakes, Paremesan cheese ,Salt and mixed well.

  5. After an hour, roll in Oatmeal flakes mixture to coat. Place in prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
